Perfect Mac-n-Cheese – Cook your food

I made this for dinner last night with some minor changes (gigli pasta instead of penne; blacksticks blue instead of gorgonzola; gouda instead of gruyere; cayenne instead of chipotle). I think it was probably the best mac & cheese I’ve ever tasted!
